Dr. Luhar’s approach is focused on root-cause medicine and her PRISM Method, which integrates evidence-based naturopathic medicine, functional medicine assessments, advanced lifestyle and circadian medicine, frequency therapies, and light-based healing technologies.

This page will guide you through the simple steps to begin your health journey. To ensure your consultation is as productive and personalized as possible, please review the following steps to facilitate the requirements before booking your appointment.

Step 1 — Complete the Intake Form

If you have not yet completed the intake form, please do so before your consultation.

Step 2 — Book Your Consultation

Appointments are generally conducted virtually via secure video consultation. If Dr. Luhar is available in person this option will be offered.

Once your intake form is submitted, you may book your appointment using the scheduling link below.:

Step 3 — Payment Information

After your form submission and booking confirmation, you will receive an email with:

• consultation payment instructions
• banking details
• preparation instructions for your consultation

Your appointment will be confirmed once payment has been received.

Step 4 — Preparation for Your Appointment

Before your consultation please:

• complete the Patient Intake Form
• prepare a list of medications and supplements that include the brand name, dosage, strength and duration (this list is requested in the Patient Intake Form as well and can also be emailed separately)
• share recent lab results available if applicable (please note these will be reviewed during the consultation).

This ensures we can spend your consultation focusing on solutions rather than paperwork.

Clinic Consultation Policies

Consultation Fees

Consultation fees must be paid prior to the appointment to confirm your booking. Details about this are found in the Patient Contract which is provided during the booking process.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to the full consultation fee.

Patient Responsibility

Patients are responsible for:

• arriving on time for the consultation; late arrivals unless discussed in advance, may shorten the consultation time
• adhere to and respect the time given for the duration of the consultation; extra time will be billable
• providing accurate health information including medications and treatments

Privacy

All patient information is confidential and handled according to professional privacy standards.
